There are a couple of methods for zooming. Simply dragging an area on the chart will initiate a zoom.

There are three indicators that inform the user that we are zoomed in.

• The date range fields, which still show the loaded range, are now coloured yellow.

The navigator indicates where we are zoomed.

• The zoomed area is indicated by the shaded area. On closer inspection, we can see that the navigator has grab handles at either end of the shaded area.

• The zoomed area can be altered by dragging and dropping these handles.
  • Additionally, the entire zoomed region can be moved by clicking in the shaded area of the navigator and dragging left or right.
  • After zooming, one of the previously greyed buttons (All) has become available.

Clicking this button will return the graph to its default condition (i.e., undo the zoom level).
